- Aromatic Chicken with pancake and BBQ sauce
- Pan Fried Pork Dumplings
- Stir Fried Chicken Noodles
One of my favourite dinner party foods, minimum effort with maximum satisfaction and guests can have some D.I.Y. fun! The chicken is marinated with herbs to keep it moist and give a great aroma and is accompanied with homemade BBQ sauce, cucumber and spring onion wrapped in a slice of pancake.
While the chicken is roasting in the oven, we will be preparing our famous Pork Dumplings. You will get your hands dirty making the dumpling dough, fill and shaping them to individual bite size before pan frying them, incredibly moreish, especially when dipped into your own freshly made chilli sauce.
The last dish is Stir Fried Chicken Noodles, where you will learn to practice your wok skills.
- Crispy Spring Roll
- Sweet and Sour Chicken
- Egg Fried Rice
In this session, you will learn to prepare the individual ingredients that go inside the spring roll, then fill and wrap using the delicate spring roll sheet. This is a very satisfying dish for any occasion and you will also prepare chilli dipping sauce to accompany it.
Next, the classic Sweet and Sour Chicken, where you will learn to marinate the meat and make the famous finger licking good sweet and sour sauce!
Lastly, we can’t finish without Egg Fried Rice, where you will learn to cook the rice from the start before practicing your wok skills.
Menu 3 - Malaysian Street Food
- Chicken and Beef Satay
- Dhal Curry with Paratha Bread
- Won Ton Noodles
