I'm a Malaysian Chinese cook, living in Newport, South Wales. I run Chinese cooking classes and invite you to come to my home kitchen and learn how to make tasty, authentic Chinese food. Or with my Personal Chef service, I can come to you and cook for you in your home.
I started running classes at home in 2016, you can read more about me in these articles published in Voice Magazine and the South Wales Argus.
My philosophy is "keep it simple". That means simple recipes and simple ingredients. You'll be amazed how easy it is to make some of the delicious dishes that you can see in the gallery.
Cookery classes at my home run for 2 or 3 hours. This includes time at the end for Q&A and tasting the food that's been cooked.
I am running classes once again but for now my classes at home will be limited to two people.
For my two hour classes, you can choose which one of these menus you'd like to cook.
